Luca. Stone Carved is a next-generation decorative wall and ceiling panel made from Modified Inorganic Powder Composite Material, an eco-friendly building surface developed using advanced hybrid technology. By combining natural eco-active clay with high-performance polymers, the panels replicate the refined beauty of hand-carved stone while remaining lightweight, flexible, and easy to install. Thicknesses run from 2mm to 10mm with weights of 3 to 8 kg/m², making the panels practical for both indoor and outdoor applications including curved or irregular surfaces.
Luca. Stone Carved is A-grade fire-rated, low-VOC, formaldehyde-free, anti-fouling and self-cleaning (nano-glaze surface), chemically resistant to mild acids, alkalis, and common cleaning agents, and rated to withstand more than 100 freeze-thaw cycles without surface degradation. Walton publishes a 50+ years outdoor service life equivalence without fading, cracking, or powdering. The series includes 25+ texture variants (Rough Granite, Travertine, Slate, Imitation Wood, Ripple Board, Concrete Board, Muretto Stone, and more) across panel sizes from 300x600mm up to 1200x3000mm.
