Luca. Flex is an innovative decorative wall panel system that uses advanced carbon crystal extrusion technology to integrate carbon elements with high polymer materials. The result is a flexible panel that wraps curved walls, columns, and right-angle corners in a single continuous skin, with seamless joining capability that rigid timber or stone cladding physically cannot match. Standard panels are 1220mm wide with customizable heights from 2,440mm up to 6,000mm, available in 8 textures: Wood Grain, Solid Colour, Metal, Mirror, Leather, Fabric, Stone, and Special Textures.
Luca. Flex is eco-friendly with zero formaldehyde, B1 fire-rated, anti-collision, anti-scratch and anti-stain (selected films), moisture resistant, and anti-bacterial (optional feature). The panel is designed for indoor use in residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors and is rated by Walton to save 60 percent on installation cost and 60 percent on installation duration compared to equivalent rigid wall finishes.
What is Luca. Flex made of?
Luca. Flex is built around a multi-layer carbon crystal extruded core: 60% calcium carbonate, 30% PVC, and 10% performance additives, sandwiched between two 1.2mm solid toughness layers and topped with a decorative film and PUR glue treatment. The film layer ranges from 16μm to 80μm and is available in PVC, PET, PP, or UV printing finishes. The construction makes the panel light enough to bend and wrap curves while keeping the surface impact-resistant and anti-scratch.

How do you install Luca. Flex panels?
Luca. Flex installs onto dry, clean, level substrates including cement render, skim coat, plywood, and gypsum board with a maximum thickness of 15mm. All electrical and mechanical services must be completed behind the wall before installation. Walton recommends 90 percent adhesive coverage using cement-based tile adhesive applied with a notched trowel. Walton’s published spec is a 60 percent reduction in installation cost and 60 percent reduction in installation duration compared to equivalent rigid wall finishes.
